  • Cash on Delivery (COD) or card payment upon delivery

Important:

  • You will only be charged for confirmed and delivered items
  • Our team may contact you to confirm order details before dispatch

🚚 3. Delivery

We provide delivery across the UAE.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

Important:

  • Delivery timings: 10 AM – 10 PM (Sunday to Friday)
  • Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive the order
  • Missed deliveries will be rescheduled

📦 4. Product Availability & Substitutions

Due to the organic and seasonal nature of our products:

  • Some items may occasionally be unavailable
  • We may contact you to offer suitable substitutions
  • If you decline substitutions, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly

🔄 5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Cancellation requests must be approved
  • Approved cancellations will not incur charges

🔁 6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under specific conditions:

Eligible Cases:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items delivered

Key Conditions:

  • Fresh items must be reported within 12 hours (Dubai) or at delivery (other Emirates)
  • Dry items must be reported within 24 hours
  • All requests are subject to inspection and approval

Refunds:

  • Processed within 3–5 business days after approval
  • May take 10–15 banking days to reflect
  • Issued via the original payment method

💱 7. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse customer data.
