At Azeezia Organic World, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality, and authentic organic products. Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, our return and refund policy is carefully designed to ensure product safety, quality, and fairness.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Reasons

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items delivered

⏱ Return Timeframes

📍 Dubai Customers

  • Fresh items: Report within 12 hours of delivery
  • Dry products: Report within 24 hours
  • Missing items: Report within 7 hours

🌍 Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, etc.)

  • Fresh items: Must be checked at the time of delivery
  • Dry products: Report within 24 hours and keep items محفوظ for inspection
  • Missing items: Must be reported at delivery

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Returns are subject to approval after quality inspection
  • Due to food safety standards, requests beyond the allowed timeframe cannot be processed

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp
  • Approved cancellations will be processed without additional charges

💸 Refunds

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Damaged or defective items (if replacement is not possible)
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Orders cancelled due to product unavailability

🔄 Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after approval
  • It may take 10–15 banking days for the amount to reflect
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

🔁 Replacements

Where possible, we will prioritize product replacement instead of refunds to ensure you receive your items quickly.

📦 Product Availability

Due to the organic and seasonal nature of our products:

  • Some items may occasionally be unavailable
  • Our team will contact you for substitutions or adjustments
  • If you prefer no substitutions, your invoice will be updated accordingly
