All prices displayed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

We accept approved online payment methods as well as Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to:

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment collected will be refunded.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Current return eligibility includes:

  • Fruits & Vegetables: Not eligible for return unless delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • Dry Legumes & Powders: Returnable within 7 days, subject to conditions.
  • Fragile Items: Returnable within 7 days if damaged or defective.
