At Azeezia Organic World, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality organic products. Due to the nature of our products, return eligibility varies by product category.

Returns
Fresh Fruits & Vegetables

To maintain the highest standards of food safety and freshness, fruits and vegetables are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, except in cases where the item is received damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect fresh product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.

Dry Legumes, Grains & Powders

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Fragile Items

Fragile products (including glass-packaged items and other breakable goods) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item remains in its original condition and packaging.
  • Damage is reported promptly with supporting photographs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless delivered damaged or incorrect)
  • Opened food products
  • Perishable goods that have been improperly stored after delivery
  • Products purchased on clearance or marked as non-returnable

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be approved for:
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Eligible returned products that pass inspection

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
